Will be supporting two Business Affairs executives
Perform a variety of administrative duties such as word processing
Drafting of contracts
Handling phone calls
Expense reports
Coordinating calendars
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially macro-based Word and Excel documents
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a corporate environment
Must be driven to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Must be very detailed oriented
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be organized
Ability to handle confidential information

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
