Facilitate and manage daily schedule of EVP.
Screen and route calls as necessary; maintain a detailed daily call log.
Maintain effective communication with EVP regarding calendar, changes to calendar and schedule reminders.
Create agendas and other meeting materials as required.
Book and manage travel.
Prepare expense reports and reconcile travel expenses.
Circulate confidential information and materials.
Conduct research to prepare briefing materials, agendas and decks for meetings.
Keep thorough records and files with appropriate retention procedures.
5 years administrative experience supporting senior level executives required. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant a plus.
Previous entertainment industry experience is preferred.
Proficient in Excel (formulas), Word, Power Point and Outlook.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to work with limited oversight.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt well to change and able to prioritize multiple work assignments.
Must maintain total discretion on all matters, confidential or otherwise.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
