Initiate and execute publicity campaigns autonomously.
Create and disseminate programming information to national and local print and broadcast media, as well as New Media and Social Networking sites for assigned CBS Television Studios series.
Initiate and establish professional relationships, trust and credibility by maintaining day-to-day contact with editors in the tristate area to build program and studio brand awareness.
Liaison with producers, talent, and management to facilitate ongoing publicity support for series.
Act as a unit publicist on various studio shows.
Plan, develop and execute talent publicity trips, press junkets and on-set media visits in support of series.
Partner with cross-functional teams such as marketing, international, digital and programming to ensure cohesive messaging and maximum exposure for Studio programs.
Craft story angles and pitches targeted to national and regional media and conduct follow-up with press for story placement.
Develop innovative and ''out of the box'' ideas.
Minimum of 5+ years-experience in PR and media relations. Excellent creative writing skills and computer proficiency. This individual must have solid relationships with journalists and possess excellent interpersonal and verbal skills. This role requires a working knowledge of television or film programming. Strong organizational and management abilities to set goals and priorities. Excellent knowledge of New Media and Social Networking sites. Additionally, we are seeking a strong team player who is self-sufficient and has the ability to disseminate information efficiently and effectively.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
