Director of Consumer Marketing

The Creative Group is looking for a well-rounded temporary Director of Consumer Marketing to hire to our entertainment client's talent in Studio City, Los Angeles, CA. The Temporary Director, Consumer Marketing is responsible for working with the VP, Consumer Marketing on the strategy, development and management of consumer marketing initiatives for the client, including paid advertising efforts, experiential events, and internal external partnership marketing initiatives that create awareness and engagement in support of our key business priorities. This role entails management of external media, creative, and promotional agencies, collaboration across multiple departments and management of the consumer marketing budget.If you meet the qualifications, please submit your resume directly to kendall.simon@creativegroup.com! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage the development of consumer marketing campaigns and experiential events for company's initiatives in conjunction internal and external partners and agencies to develop innovative impactful multi-platform campaigns that effectively reach our target audience to create awareness, drive engagement and build our brands.
Work with internal creative team and external creative agencies to develop best-in-class creative materials that strategically align with media vehicles further our marketing communication goals.
Develop internal and external partnership marketing initiatives to secure earned media impressions around key business priorities. Manage ideation, negotiation, campaign development, execution and program evaluation.
Conduct partner outreach across multiple categories such as retail, packaged goods, travel, music, and publishing with the goal of developing organic partnerships that extend our franchises, drive business goals and build consumer affinity for our brands.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Digital Media, Social Media, Ad Sales, Affiliate Marketing and Publicity to identify opportunities to amplify extend consumer marketing initiatives to drive revenue, distribution, press exposure, etc.
Spearhead SVOD partnership marketing strategy with platform and content distribution partners to drive awareness, acquisition and retention. Build key relationships, pitch weekly and monthly priorities, and develop larger partnership initiatives that create opportunities across multiple areas of our business.
Oversee SVOD customer care marketing strategy to ensure representatives have up-to-date information on brand positioning, programming priorities, partnerships and special offers. Understand call center volume and customer inquiries to inform FAQ and make marketing product recommendations to improve consumer experience.
Spearhead the SVOD/Keepsake Ornament Club relationship with a focus on evaluation of current program and strategic recommendations for the future to improve member experience and drive acquisition retention.
Work in conjunction with our research team to use data and analytics to maximize ROI and inform future advertising and partnership strategy across multiple platforms.
Manage Consumer Marketing budget including annual planning and reporting.

Requirements: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of consumer marketing experience within the entertainment/television industry
Undergraduate degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
Experience managing internal and external agencies and leading project management on complex initiatives
Experience creating consumer marketing campaigns with a focus on building brand awareness and driving business success
Experience building and maintaining strong industry relationships
Experience analyzing ROI, managing budgets and overseeing expenditures
Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as needed DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
