This position ...BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
3 Years viewer/customer service experience; preferably in a cable programmer, broadcast, or streaming customer service environment
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be highly computer literate (internet/web resources/email) with excellent PC skills
Must have good comprehension and documentation skills
Ability to take ownership of issues/problems and see through from beginning to end
Customer Service Analytics experience
Must have strong ability to for conducting & presenting analysis of viewer services customer activity
Must have strong time management skills to ensure responsiveness to consumers/viewers and employees
Must be extremely well organized and pay attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written (demonstrated ability to communicate well with the public and staff
Post high school studies highly desirable

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
