You'll leverage your experience to excel in patient care, appointment scheduling, and insurance coordination. Responsibilities

Patient
Experience:

  • Greeting patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments
  • Checking in patients upon arrival, updating information, and collecting copays.
  • Managing paitnet flow in the waiting area and treatment rooms.
  • Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in the dental practice management software.
  • Processing insurance claims, verifying coverage, and collecting payments.
  • Preparing dental treatment plans.
  • Communication and Collaboration:

  • Clearly communmicating with patients about appointments, billing, and treatment options.
  • Collaborating effectively with dentists, hygienists, and other dental staff.
  • #CBEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
