As an Intake Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional service to our patients.

Duties - Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from patients - Scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers - Collecting patient information and verifying insurance coverage - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record system (eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft) - Assisting with patient intake processes, including obtaining necessary paperwork and consent forms - Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality - Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to provide excellent patient service Qualifications - Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting - Proficiency in using office software and phone systems - Familiarity with electronic health record systems (eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft) - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills At our company, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
