We opened about 6 months ago and were growing.
Staff is friendly and easy going.
We offer various treatments such as injectables, Morpheus8, weight loss, body contouring, skin care, and much more.
Aestheticians encouraged to apply! Front Desk Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals - Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the medical spa - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Coordinate events - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with project coordination as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Familiarity with medical spa procedures is a plus - Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite - Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
